Windhill Homes LLC does not publish fixed home prices on this website because construction costs vary based on the selected plan, property, site conditions, engineering, utilities, materials, labor, finishes, modifications, permitting requirements, market conditions, and other project-specific factors.
Any verbal discussion, website statement, preliminary range, or informal estimate is non-binding unless expressly included in a signed written agreement.
Construction Timelines
Any construction timeline shown on this website is an estimate only. Timelines may be affected by planning, financing, design, permitting, inspections, weather, labor availability, material availability, utility providers, change orders, site conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed construction agreement, references to an estimated six-to-nine-month construction period generally refer to the period beginning when construction breaks ground and not to the earlier planning, financing, design, or permitting stages.

Windhill Homes LLC may also avoid publishing an exact property address or other identifying information when required by contract or separately agreed with the client.
